The objects we create are called MEMENTOS.
A memento is an object kept to remember —
a reminder of what should not be forgotten.
Our MEMENTOS are scented objects designed to hold a trace: of a space, a feeling, a moment, a way of being.
They do not create the state.
They allow you to return to it.
The first MEMENTOS take the form of scented candles.
Each one brings together a vessel, a flame, and a fragrance — composed to create a specific condition in space.
Through repetition, scent becomes familiar.
Through familiarity, it becomes reference.
A MEMENTO is not only experienced in the moment it is lit.
It continues in what it allows one to remember.
