What are EVA MEMENTOS candles made of?
Our candles are made from natural soy wax, cotton wick, and fragrance. Each candle is hand-made in France.
What is the burn time?
Approximately 30–35 hours per candle.
What size is the candle?
180g of scented soy wax in a glass vessel.
Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Soy wax is plant-based. No animal-derived ingredients. No animal testing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments. Depending on your location, additional methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay may be available at checkout.
Are prices displayed in my local currency?
Prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency depending on your location. All reference prices are set in euros (€). Local currency amounts are converted at the time of purchase and may vary with exchange rates.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@evamementos.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to Metropolitan France, the European Union, and select international destinations. The full list is available at checkout
How much does shipping cost?
France: €5.
European Union: €10.
International: €20.
Free shipping on orders over €80 for France and EU destinations.
How long does delivery take?
France: 2–5 business days.
European Union: 3–6 business days. International: 4–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU, import taxes and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with European consumer law. The product must be unused, unburned, and returned in its original packaging.
How do I request a return?
Log in to your account and select the relevant order, or visit your order status page using the link in your confirmation email. Select "Request return" and follow the instructions. You can also contact contact@evamementos.com.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping is covered by EVA MEMENTOS.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
MEMENTO CARE
How should I burn the candle for the first time?
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the full surface on the first burn. This usually takes 2–3 hours and prevents tunneling.
How long should I burn the candle each time?
Between 2 and 4 hours per session. Avoid burning for more than 4 consecutive hours.
How do I maintain the wick?
Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use. This ensures a clean, even burn and reduces soot.
Where should I place the candle?
On a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, flammable materials, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
How do I store the candle?
In a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
