Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to Metropolitan France, the European Union, and selected international destinations.

Free shipping
Pickup point delivery is free for orders shipped to Metropolitan France and the European Union, where available.
Home delivery is free for orders over €80 in Metropolitan France and the European Union.
The available delivery methods and final shipping cost are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, local delivery services, or events beyond our control do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refund.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@evamementos.com.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Delivery issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your package is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at contact@evamementos.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
